Ordering

When ordering products from British Research we offer a variety of fees for delivery to all within the UK, depending on location. Although the best effort is made to ensure an accurate purchase has been made by our customers, should an error arise British Research cannot accept your order. In the event of such a mistake, our customers will be contacted with a full explanation and apology, including a corrected offer.
When ordering goods from British Research for overseas delivery, you may be subject to import duties and taxes once shipment reaches your Country. These additional charges for customs clearance is the recipients’ responsibility. We at British Research have no control over these charges. Customs policies vary widely from Country to Country thus you should contact your local customs office for further information prior to placing an order.

Delivery and Returns

We offer a variety of fees including free delivery to all areas of the United Kingdom. Delivery time will be dependant on your location but we usually work on a 3-5 working day basis for UK and 7-10+ working days for overseas. British Research will ensure the best effort is made to take care of your products whilst in the delivery process. Any returns may take up to 10 days to be processed after arrival, and refunds may take up to 14 days to clear. If at any point the item is out of stock after your return has been processed for an exchange we will inform you as soon as possible via e-mail.

If your products have arrived with a manufacturing defect or fault, please ensure you return the goods within 14 days of receipt.
Refunds for the purchase price will be issued for products returned in good condition and in their original packaging; this will not include postage and packaging. Please note that the returned goods are your responsibility until they have officially reached us. We cannot be held responsible for any goods that are lost or damaged in transit to us, thus advise recorded delivery be used.
To start the refund process an RMA number must be generated, please login to your account, then go to the returns processing page and enter all remianing information needed. An email will be sent to our customer service team where they will begin the returns process.

Exchange

If any goods need to be resent due to a fault on our behalf, then postage and packaging will be paid by the company. Once this is done we will be happy to process an exchange where possible.

Incorrect/Damaged Goods

If you receive incorrect or faulty items to what has been stated on your invoice they must be returned to us, please ensure that the item is returned to us within 14 days. Replacement items cannot be sent out until the returned goods have been received.

Product Description

British Research attempt to accurately state each product description, however we cannot assert that the content is error free and completely reliable. The content relating to product descriptions and pricing etc., may have occational typographical errors or inaccuracies.
We reserve the right to correct any inaccuracies that occur and update information at any time without prior notice. We apologise if this may cause you any inconvenience.
